"It is never too late to be what you might have been."
This quote by George Eliot has stayed with me for years. I even included it in my personal statement when I applied to graduate school as an older adult student.
My life’s path has been full of twists, turns, and unexpected chapters. Along the way, I’ve learned that it’s never too late to change direction, pursue something meaningful, or heal parts of ourselves that need care.
Whether you’re seeking personal support or looking to collaborate professionally, I’m here. My work is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental, grounded in mindfulness, psychology, and real-life experience.
Together, we can navigate life’s challenges, meet change with more steadiness, and reconnect with your inner strength.
You’re not alone. I’ve got you.

The straight up joy of connecting with people, learning, growing, and engaging with this "one wild and precious life".
My work centers on curiosity, compassion, and understanding, especially around aging, grief, body image, and life transitions. I bring a grounded, human approach to conversations that can feel tender, complex, or hard to name.
One of my strengths is listening deeply, with genuine curiosity and care. I hold a PhD in social psychology, which means I’ve spent years studying how people think, feel, and relate. Mindfulness and meditation later shaped how I translate that knowledge into practical, embodied tools for everyday life.
I am certified in mind-body medicine and a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction instructor. My work blends psychological insight with mindfulness-based practices that support awareness, reflection, and meaningful change.
Over time, my personal and professional journey has led me to focus on what I think of as the common denominators of being human: grief, aging, and our relationship with our bodies. These experiences hold challenge and depth, and often unexpected moments of insight. I’m dedicated to supporting thoughtful, human-centered ways of meeting them.
Outside of my work, creativity plays an important role in my life. I enjoy watercolor and acrylic painting, getting lost in color and process. Reading keeps me curious, and knitting has become its own form of moving meditation.
I share my life with my husband and our two dogs, who bring daily joy and perspective. Friends and family matter deeply to me. They are a constant reminder of the importance of connection and relationship.
