This 8-week small group course offers a space to build a different kind of relationship with your body, one rooted in awareness, curiosity, and a little less judgment.

Together, we’ll use simple, mind-body based practices to help you respond to your body with more steadiness and care.

Manage stress, mindfully

There’s no easy way to say this: mindfulness won’t take away the stress in life. What it can do is help you meet that stress with a bit more ease.

Participants learn practical, evidence-based tools they can use in real time to navigate stress with more awareness, steadiness, and intention.

Participants are introduced to simple, mind-body based practices that help them respond to grief with greater awareness, compassion, and steadiness, while connecting with others who are also living with loss..
